NOVA (the "Service") is a personal AI assistant SaaS provided at novabrain.dev. Features include AI-routed responses across multiple language model providers, Python tool execution, voice synthesis, and persistent user memory across conversations.
NOVA offers four subscription tiers billed via Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record): NOVA Pro ($19.99/month USD), NOVA Ultra ($49.99/month USD), NOVA Teams ($29.99/seat/month USD with a 5-seat minimum), and NOVA Enterprise (custom pricing, contract-based). A 7-day free trial is included with new Pro and Ultra subscriptions; Teams includes a 14-day trial. Cancellation is available at any time via the customer portal linked from your dashboard or by contacting us.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchase. Subscription renewals are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time via the customer portal — your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Failed payments will result in downgrade to the free tier after the standard retry window expires.

NOVA is not a substitute for professional advice. Information provided by the Service should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or safety-critical decisions. NOVA is not a mental-health crisis responder; if you are in crisis, contact the appropriate emergency service in your jurisdiction (988 in the US for mental health crisis).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Maximum aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your conversations, profile data, and usage patterns are processed per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We process data via third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, others) per their respective policies.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may terminate accounts for violations of acceptable use without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends; data export is available upon written request for 30 days post-termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Champaign County, Illinois.
